Free basic shipping in the contental US
We offer free basic shipping. When your piece is complete, we'll ship it out to you! Small pieces like clocks and color swatches will go by USPS. Medium sized pieces like side tables usually go by FedEx Ground. Larger pieces will ship by Freight.
Please note, free basic freight shipping is "curbside" - that means the truck driver's job is to get the piece onto your property. It's your responsibility to take it from there. If you need help getting your piece inside, consider Inside or White Glove Delivery.
With all of these services, you'll receive tracking when it goes out so you know when to expect your piece. Please make sure to send us any dates that you cannot receive furniture if you have plans to travel.
If you need a delivery appointment and someone to bring your furniture inside, this is a good choice. It includes a call ahead from the delivery company. They will schedule a delivery appointment with you and then bring the piece inside during the scheduled time.
White Glove is like Inside Delivery, except the delivery company will also unpack your piece, set it in place, and remove the packaging materials. All you will be left with is you new piece of furniture!
We make your furniture to order! When you place an order, you piece generally doesn't exist yet. We'll confirm your order details with you (please give us a few days). Then our CNC machinist will be cutting wood parts for your piece. Then our artisan builders will craft your piece of furniture. Then our painters will carefully paint & finish your piece. Then we will pack up & ship your piece to you.
This process takes a little time. Please allow around 6 to 8 weeks for us to make and ship your piece for you.
